1) That you allow jobreality.com to show your job report on this site for as long as we think necessary, generally for a period of up to five years. This allows users to make comparisons with later reports as to how job conditions may have changed during this time.

2) We reserve the right to withdraw, or not to publish reports that could be considered offensive or inappropriate to other users. This will not affect your right to use this website if your report is not published.

3) Reports that are unlawful, immoral, or relate to the sex industry, will not be published as they may cause offence to other users.

4) Provided you are eligible to use the Job Reality website as a Member, you are granted a limited licence to download or print a copy of the Job Reality material solely for your own personal, non-commercial use provided that you acknowledge that the copied material is the property of Job Reality.

5) You must not modify, distribute, republish, display, post, transmit, sell, or incorporate into other databases or compilations the copies of the Job Reality material you have made, in whole or in part.

6) If you use the Job Reality material in breach of this limited licence, this limited licence will immediately terminate, your right to use the Job Reality website will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the Job Reality material you have made.
